This is one of the core issues about why I did not study medicine in the states, and why I chose to move to the EU. My husband and I listen to your podcast regularly, and enjoy it tremendously. We live in Denmark. Sure, my taxes are high but my quality of life is unparalleled. This healthcare reform is something that I've been dreaming of since I was quite young and I think your take on it is dead on and wonderful to read.
